Riding the World-Famous TranzAlpine
In Springfield, you will trade the road for the rails. Notably, the TranzAlpine train is ranked among the top ten rail journeys on the planet. As you climb toward Arthur’s Pass, you will enjoy panoramic views of deep gorges and braided riverbeds. Additionally, the large viewing windows allow for unobstructed photos of the wilderness.
