Bike Tour Wellington

Intro to Wellington – Guided Bike Tour: Get ready for an essential introduction to Wellington. You’ll meet your guide on Queens Wharf in central Wellington. After a safety briefing and some cycling practice, you’ll follow your guide around the Wellington waterfront, where you’ll learn about some fascinating past and present figures who have contributed to making Wellington the creative capital it is today.

This tour is designed to be an easy-paced ride along purpose-built cycle paths, with plenty of time for you to ask questions and take photos. You’ll visit some of the most iconic landmarks in Wellington, including the New Zealand Parliament, Wellington Stadium, Te Papa Museum, Cuba St, Oriental Bay, Wellington Railway Station, and the historic Wellington waterfront.

Regular bikes are provided for this tour as the route is mostly flat, but if you prefer, you can upgrade to an electric bike at no extra cost. The tour covers a distance of 10km and lasts for approximately 2 hours.
