Abel Tasman Cruise and Walk

 Great Day Out (Cruise 3.5hr, Walk 2hr)

Departing from Kaiteriteri, cruise the Abel Tasman coastline, pausing to view the antics at Tonga Island Seal Colony before continuing along the spectacular granite coast to Totaranui.

Independent Walk & Medlands Beach

Take an independent stroll at the historic Tonga Quarry Beach and enjoy a gentle climb over a forested saddle. Continue along the waterfall trail that encircles the stunning Bark Bay Inlet, and cross the impressive suspension bridge beside Bark Bay Falls. You may want to take some extra time to relax on the golden sands at Bark Bay before proceeding with the walk to picturesque Medlands Beach. You will be collected from there for the return cruise to Kaiteriteri. The entire duration of the activity is approximately 7 hours.
