Welcome to Christchurch, the South Island’s vibrant Garden City. On arrival at Christchurch Airport, you will be met and privately transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax or begin exploring the city at your own pace.

Travel north through picturesque rural landscapes to the coastal town of Kaikōura, where dramatic mountains meet the Pacific Ocean. Kaikōura is internationally renowned for its rich marine life. Enjoy an unforgettable Whale Watch Cruise, offering the chance to see magnificent Giant Sperm Whales, along with playful Dusky Dolphins and other marine wildlife. You will also visit a fur seal colony along the rugged coastline before returning to Christchurch.
