Situated on the foreshore of Lake Rotorua this five step sensory wellness journey includes karakia (prayer) shower mist cleansing, saunas for stimulation and revitalisation, geothermal bathing and self-applied mud with restorative powers on heated stone beds. Geothermal bathing includes five pools, two mineral pools , one herbal pool, a cold plunge pool and a hydrotherapy pool with massaging jets.
